With over 40 years of extensive patent prosecution experience in a number of technical fields including the mechanical arts, electrical systems, electronics, medical devices and computer software, Dave is a registered patent attorney who specializes in the preparation and prosecution of US and foreign applications, as well as counseling clients in patentability and infringement matters and the preparation of due diligence studies. He also has experience in the fields of technology licensing, trademarks, copyrights and trade secrets.
