Practice Summary
With over 20 years of experience in field of intellectual property law, Bill is a registered patent attorney who specializes in the laws and processes for securing world-wide patent protection. His practice includes the representation of clients before the US Patent and Trademark Office in the preparation and prosecution of patents, preparation of due diligence studies, performing patent infringement analysis, and rendering patentability opinions for clients in a number of technical fields including the mechanical arts, medical devices, materials, electro-mechanical systems, electronics and computer software and methods. He has substantial experience in the enforcement of patent rights world-wide, and works closely with a number of US-based and international patent litigation attorneys. He also advises and represents clients in the securing and enforcement of trademarks, trade secrets, and in the licensing of intellectual property.
